There is no such thing as 'What I am AND the rest'. No such thing as the unmanifested AND the manifested. No such thing as 'the witnessed and the witness'. Those are all distictions created on the level of the limited intellect. All that can be done is inquiring. That inquiry may lead to seeing the distinctions as false — and there is the end of the way.

The ego is not an entity — it is a function, a mode of operation, a shape of energy.

When we look to find the boundaries between objects, entities and the world we find that they are made of 'the stuff dreams are made of' — while the 'looking' itself is dimensionless and boundless.

Absolutely all that appears is permanently pointing back to the Source; it is not only the beatiful things and the clear words. Nothing would appear, no experience would arise without the Source's invisible and constant hand. Because the ego-centered mode of operation objectifies the Source, seeking continues.
When attention turns away from objects a Surprise is revealed.

I am, I am, I am — what a beautiful thing; love itself; creation itself; the first statement from God. Your first statement.

What is, all there is, what you are, is Consciousness. Consciousness identifies with a body and a separate conceptual entity. The identification with the notion that you are exclusively a body and a separate conceptual entity ceases to be. That, and only that, comprises the human spiritual drama and its resolution.

What is being pointed at is not a state that comes and goes or an experience but an insight, understanding or verification which is available 100% of the time.

Being is ever present. It is not part of or result of creation. It has no location, no time, no beginning or end, no limit, no center or self to radiate from. It has always been present throughout our lives but was overlooked while the imaginary was ascribed an absolute value it does not have.

Body, mind and world (or universe) are one single infinite phenomenon conceptualized as finite. I am 'here in the world' and you are 'there in the world' reveals identification with a body-mind; which is, on a functional level, legitimate to this existence. On a spiritual level it is the source of fear and subsequent suffering provoked by that sense of separation.

Look at what's happening and don't label or explain or question it. What do you see? Anything but Being?

Here is the etymology of suffering: TIE + ME = TIME.

Seeking is an alarm; a warning; a time-bomb. In its most civilized instance, seeking is an invitation to look.

The root of suffering is not in our inability to produce certain experiences or avoid others but in our ignorance of the source of all experiences. Our ignorance of our true Self. The root of psychological suffering is a false belief arising always in this moment. The false belief is that we are separate from our state of natural peace and Being. There is nothing else substantial happening as far as an obstacle to spiritual realization is concerned.

The core imagination is the thought 'I'.

Mosquitos are heard but Self-knowledge is never bitten.

The Consciousness that we are is not the result of anything (it is uncaused and ever-present); the realization of that fact may occur after many efforts take place or not according to the fate of each individual organism. Efforts, as well as the capacity to make them arise automatically when required and are not the core spiritual issue. The issue is knowing the source of efforts and of the absence of efforts — the real doer; and it is not 'me' for the utterly simple and obvious reason that there is no power endowed 'me' to be found.

Relatively speaking, the only power the 'me' has is to believe that it has the power to do. It believes to be the source of being or action. Absolutely speaking, that belief does not belong to 'me' but is simply an impersonal phenomenon in consciousness.

'Thy will be done' is an accurate pointer, considering that 'Thy' refers to your own manifestation of impersonal consciousness and not to an 'external' power separate from What I am.

Where there is belief in "me" as a doer there is suffering or the seed of suffering.

Whether there is Self-knowledge or not, the "me" as a personality framework to aid the organism to function in life continues to acquire knowledge, skills and conditioning of all kinds. We still have a name, roles, and orient ourselves in space and time. This is all conceptual and is a legitimate part of being human. It is our "operating system and related software" — it is our unique "address" in the network of life.

The "me" as an entity endowed with the power to author what the organism experiences never existed except as a concept. The belief in the veracity of this particular concept and its assumed power can be seen to be false and the whole gamut of suffering, confusion and doubts, that were based solely on that belief, comes to an end.

There is no awakening for 'someone'. All there is is Consciousness or Being. IT IS, and This you are. It is not made or built or achieved or reached. All of those actions and aims pertain to the concept of being a separate entity from Consciousness or Being. That separation never occurred except in imagination.

You cannot be more than what you are, or be deeper than what you are, or more still than what you are, or more present. The Consciousness that you are has no moving parts.

Love and Intelligence eradicate psychological suffering.

All fears are ultimately unfounded because, as far as the individual organism goes, all the data needed to produce further events arise and become available in consciousness on-the-fly. What is hidden in the Potential 'not-now' becomes perceived and the organism responds spontaneously according to its nature and conditioning.

Whether there is Self-knowledge or not, decisions are made and the flow of manifestation goes on without the smallest error. The suffering surrounding the future and making decisions is due solely to the projection of a self as the author and experiencer. That projection can be seen to be simply substance-less and the Love of What Is comes to the foreground as fearlessness, the power to act and acceptance and peace.

The belief in being an individual doer, that is, psychological suffering, is like driving with the hand brakes on. There is movement, things happen, but something does not feel quite right. When that belief is removed there is nothing wrong anymore.

True forgiveness is an emotional expression of 'I am' consciousness untainted by ego consciousness. It is an emotional expression of the understanding that all is impersonal and that all is as is and could not be any different.

Some teachers build and refine the disciple. Some destroy and free him forever.

What could be called the 'process of self-realization' or 'work on yourself' does not refer to You; it refers to mind activity — You are prior to it at all times.

At some point it dawns that we have been home all the time and were once dreaming that we were out in the world traveling to a future spiritual paradise.
