Felipe Oliveira was born into a Catholic family in Southern Brazil in 1966. It didn't take long for him to realize that standing in mass on Sunday mornings was not his cup of tea. His loving parents and only brother had no option but to trust god would guide Felipe as he took on bicycle riding instead.

Felipe was never inspired to flip many pages until, at the age of twenty, while living in London, a book by a Russian philosopher fell into his hands. For the following sixteen years Felipe was devoted to various studies and practices aiming at spiritual advancement. Thanks to this he was exposed to the works of some of the most brilliant human beings in history — from Bach to Buddha and the Greeks, from Blake and Shakespeare to Da Vinci and Dante, from Goethe and Rilke to Rumi and Hafiz, to name a few.

By the age of thirty-eight Felipe had written just about nothing but a few scattered entries in a journal. But then, on a Spring equinox full-moon night (no, this is not poetry), a tap from the Center of All was opened into his heart. It quickly overflowed his cup and his pen began to dance to the sound of Life's Soundtrack.

Since then, with inspiration drawn from the presence of living sages, and from tying his own shoe-laces, he has been compelled to share his discoveries — mainly, that God does not give audiences only on Sundays, and is not out there beyond the stars, but shines through your eyes as you read this.
